Here’s a classic #TBT for all you Hip Hop geeks, I mean fans. Way way back when Zip was in it’s early days we created a series of classic Hip Hop sleeves and look what we found whilst dusting the top shelves at Zip HQ. Yes that’s right the original sketches for the 3rd album! A young Will ‘The Prince’ Barras was just getting warming up, he’d send us these amazing drawings – sometimes over a Fax which created it’s own magic. Here’s a selection of images he made by building up a montage and redrawing in new section with biro, pencil, tipex, masking tape and more. Still love these originals, we salute you Mr Barras.
